We will exchange or refund any item — with a few exceptions — for seven (7) days after the buyer receives the item. Cost of shipping the items back to us will be paid by the customer unless we sent the wrong item, in which case we will include the price of ground (or Priority Mail) shipping in our refund. In the case of a return for a refund, customer will not be refunded the cost of shipping the item to them unless we made some sort of mistake.
Custom orders (such as a 7.5″ x 60′ roll of tape, which we do not carry in stock) and large orders of colored tape other than black (such as 40 rolls of green 1″ x 60′ tape) are not returnable.
All sales are final with SolidStepCote abrasive coating since it is sensitive to weather (if stored below freezing temperatures, for example). We regret we cannot offer refunds for this product.
